About Elements Health Australia
Lesley Motherwell is the founder of Elements Health Australia and an accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Personal Trainer/Yoga Teacher and Health and Wellness coach.
She is a strong believer in the link between physical and mental health and has a range of work experience in Physical Health and Human Service Industries.
Lesley works with clients within a holistic framework that addresses the many areas of wellbeing, including stress management, energy levels, exercise and nutritional health, and emotional wellbeing. Clients are assisted to achieve sustainable and self-determined goals and to find a balance between the many realms of wellbeing.
Lesley’s qualifications and registrations include:
