Step 1
Free initial assessment
We will meet with you online via Teams, or in person if you are local to us, or if we’re in town seeing another client.We conduct a free initial assessment, where we will look at your current HSEQ management documentation, systems and processes, and your Air Maestro usage. We then put together a gap analysis and provide some initial recommendations, free of charge.

Step 2
Contract & Proposal
If you choose to move ahead, we provide you with an engagement contract and quote, along with a proposal including a detailed Scope of Work.
Step 3
Site Visit & Implementation Plan
With your agreement, we conduct a site visit, where we complete a thorough investigation of your management systems, interview all relevant staff, and create a detailed implementation plan for the execution of the Scope of Work. The scope will include such elements as Operational and HSEQ document creation, Air Maestro system setup, integration and optimisation, Training and support for your managers and staff, Auditing and investigation services to be provided, executive and management coaching, and Employee Assistance Programs.
